Barks & Rec is Richmond’s best Concierge Pet Care Service! We provide exercise and enrichment focused Dog Walking and Pet Sitting “recess” visits designed to keep pets active, happy and healthy. We believe dogs deserve adventure - even when their humans are busy! And so, our mission is simple: “Recess for Your Pet”.

We know that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision. That’s why we focus on reliable communication, personalized care, and genuine connection. We take the time to understand your dog’s routine and personality so every walk feels safe, consistent, and joyful. Your dog (or pet) becomes part of our family—and their happiness is our top priority.
